FlySafair is currently recruiting Flight Attendants Successful candidates will report to the Cabin Services Manager and will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and an exceptional onboard experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with all aviation safety policies and procedures
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional passenger experience
- Maintain high standards of integrity, discipline, and professionalism
- Execute all onboard service and safety duties efficiently
- Maintain accurate administrative and compliance records
- Operate calmly and effectively under pressure and during emergencies

- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- Valid SACAA Cabin Crew Licence (non-negotiable)
- Valid Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate
- Dangerous Goods Certificate
- Ditching Certificate
- Fire Fighting Certificate
- Valid South African Driver’s Licence (non-negotiable)
- English Language Proficiency – Level 4
- Medically fit and able to swim
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late evenings
