Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Seriti Engineering Learnership 2026, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and Physical Science with a minimum E symbol (40%)

AND

• Two N2 trade-related subjects

OR

• Minimum N2 qualification with four relevant trade-related subjects

Important Note

• Subjects with an F symbol will not be accepted.
• Minimum pass mark required is 40% (E Symbol).

Additional Requirements

Candidates must also:

• Be willing to undergo psychometric assessments
• Be willing and able to work shifts
• Be available for standby duties and call-outs when required
• Be capable of working under pressure

• Be able to identify faults independently
• Possess or be able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness
• Have a valid K53 driver’s licence
• Have no criminal record
