Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the administration and data management functions of the Rodent Control Programme by ensuring that all information is accurately captured, processed, and maintained according to municipal standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Capturer, your duties will include:
Data Capturing and Record Management
- Capture programme-related information accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all collected data is recorded according to established standards
- Maintain and update records within the data management system
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness
Administrative Support
- Perform administrative duties related to the Rodent Control Programme
- Organise and maintain programme documentation
- Assist with filing, reporting, and record keeping
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed efficiently
Customer Service and Support
- Promote customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Respond professionally to queries and requests
- Provide support to programme stakeholders where required
Compliance and Quality Assurance

General Duties
- Complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor
