Vitality Wealth Management Learnership 2026 / 2027

Requirements for the Vitality Wealth Management Learnership

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for the programme:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Mathematics with a minimum Level 4 (50%).
  • English with a minimum Level 4 (50%).
  • Mathematics Literacy with a minimum Level 5 (60%).
  • A second language with a minimum Level 4 (50%).
  • Must be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Must not currently be engaged in post-Matric studies.
  • Must not be formally employed.
  • Must not have completed a previous learnership.
  • Must have effective written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must have basic computer skills, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Only South African candidates by birth will be considered.
