About the Casual Frontshop Assistant Position
As a Casual Frontshop Assistant, you will help ensure that customers enjoy an excellent shopping experience by keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and properly merchandised. You will also assist customers with product enquiries, replenish shelves, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform a wide range of retail duties to support efficient store operations.
Stock Management
Your responsibilities will include:
- Restocking shelves as needed.
- Ensuring products are correctly displayed.
- Applying the FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principle.
- Removing expired, damaged, or discontinued products.
- Reporting low-stock and out-of-stock items.
- Assisting with stock counts and stocktaking.
- Keeping the storeroom organised and tidy.
- Flattening and disposing of empty boxes according to company procedures.
- Assisting with loading and off-loading deliveries.
- Ensuring products without barcodes are correctly identified.
Merchandising Duties
You will also help maintain high merchandising standards by:
- Keeping shelves fully stocked.
- Ensuring price labels are accurate.
- Reporting pricing discrepancies.
- Building promotional displays.
