Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and registry support services within the department. Duties include:

  • Registering, stamping, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Opening and closing files according to registry procedures
  • Maintaining the Register of Files Opened
  • Replacing worn-out file covers
  • Completing control sheets
  • Reporting files due for disposal
  • Recording scanned documents
  • Retrieving, issuing, and receiving files
  • Photocopying and scanning records
  • Arranging and packing records for transfer
  • Assisting with archival records management
  • Supporting operational excellence and compliance management

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) recognised by SAQA
  • No work experience required

Location: Pretoria
