Eskom Plant Operator Learnership Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be provided with structured institutional training as well as practical on-the-job training.

The training is intended to provide learners with exposure to Eskom’s operational environment and help them develop the knowledge and skills required for plant operations.

Applicants who successfully complete the recruitment process may be placed in Eskom Operations across the divisions.

  • English – minimum 40%

OR

• NCV Level 4 with:
  • Mathematics – minimum 50%
  • Science – minimum 50%
  • English – minimum 40%

Applicants with a National N4/N5 Certificate with Trade Subjects may also apply.

Applicants with a National N6 Certificate with Trade Subjects may also be considered.
