Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluates, troubleshoots and resolves faults and reported events; Liaises with the software development team and SYSPRO Regional Offices;
• service delivery and information sharing regarding event resolution at a regional level;
• Provides specialist technical support in response to issues pertaining to software development, SRS, documentation, software installations and upgrades.

Knowledge

Any knowledge of the following would be advantageous:

• SYSPRO Architecture
• .NET User Controls
• VBScript,
• C#
• SYSPRO Reporting Services
• e.net Solutions
• Microsoft SQL Server
• SYSPRO Workflow
• Espresso
• Installations and Upgrades

• Technical Understanding (infrastructure issues related to Windows and servers)
• Microsoft SQL server
• SYSPRO ERP, Microsoft Office, Crystal reports, Wyn Reporting

Minimum Requirements:
