SPAR Internship

SPAR Eastern Cape (a division of The SPAR Group Ltd) is offering a Graduate Internship opportunity to candidates interested in pursuing a career in the Wholesale and Retail industry.

Purpose

During the programme, the candidate will engage in on-the-job training which will allow them to gain valuable work experience aligned with their chosen field of study. The programme will expose the candidate to an environment that is a complex, multinational fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have completed a 3-year Diploma and/or 4 year Degree and/ or be a Graduate in any of these fields:
  • Build It- Supply Chain Management
  • Distribution Logistics- Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Finance Accounting
  • Human Resources- Industrial Psychology or Labour (Employee Relations)
  • Marketing- Marketing or Purchasing Management
  • Retail Ops- Project Design, Draughtsman, or Architecture
  • IT- Information Systems
• Must NOT be participating/ previously participated in any other internship/ graduate opportunity
• Must be able to travel to/ attend the programme at its designated location
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be ambitious
• Must be eager to learn
• Must have own, reliable transport
