Purpose

The Graduate Program is a program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment. The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts at Safal Steel.

As a participant of the programme, you will:

• Work with experienced individuals who will support you throughout the programme.
• Gain valuable work experience in the Steel industry.
• Develop your teamwork, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• Receive feedback and guidance on your performance and progress.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have any of the following:

• Diploma / B Tech – Industrial Engineering
• Diploma / B Tech – Electrical Engineering
• Diploma / B Tech – Mechanical Engineering
• BCom / B Tech – Finance / Accounting
• Degree / Diploma – Supply Chain / Procurement
• Degree / Diploma – Supply Chain / Warehousing & Logistics
• Degree in Sales & Marketing / Management or Equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• Degree in Law (LLB) / Economics, Politics & Ethics or Equivalent
