Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Sibanye-Stillwater Engineering Learnership, applicants must have one of the following qualifications:
Option 1
Mechanical Fitting (including Machining) with the following N2 subjects:
- N2 Mathematics
- N2 Engineering Science
- N2 Engineering Drawing
- N2 Fitting Including Machining Trade Theory
OR
Option 2
National Certificate Vocational (NCV) Engineering and Related Design with at least 40% in all subjects.
OR
Option 3
Grade 12 (Matric) with:
- Mathematics
- Physical Science
- Engineering Graphics and Design (Engineering Drawing)
- Relevant Trade Theory
Applicants must have obtained at least 40% in all required subjects.
Additional Requirements
Applicants should also:
- Be medically fit to work within the mining environment.
