Dynamic changes in the industry combined with an increasing portfolio and the need to enhance the South African fluorochemicals sector has necessitated Pelchem to embark on expansion and growth trajectory.

Job Profile:
Rendering financial services to Pelchem to ensure adherence by users to all control systems and practices relating to the financial accounting environment.

Key Performance Areas

 Obtain all required documents for invoicing and assist with Accounts payable queries;
 Monthly Creditors reconciliation;
 Daily, weekly and monthly payment;
 Weekly Creditors reports;
 Verify and update creditors banking details;
 Monthly creditor’s provision; and
 Clear receipt register, follow up on outstanding receipts from end-users. Compliance to SHEQ requirements
 Adhere to safety regulations and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Diploma with Accounting as one of the major subjects.
 Computer literacy.
 At least (one) 1 year experience in Accounts payable.
 Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ( Beneficial).
