Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the Go group team with visiting sites to measure work in progress and Coordinates projects. The role includes offering support to the Floorcovering Go group Manager to allow projects to be safely delivered on time, administrative support to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing pricing and prepare cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Value completed work and arrange payments
• Assist with project costs and implementation of projects efficiently
• Assisting in preparing monthly management reports
• Understand and make suggestions to apply Health and Safety regulations
• Assist in arranging payments for completed work to ensure payments are made timeously
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Coordinate project
• Stock Control
• Preparing program status report
• Updating and printing of training material

  Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand Civil engineering drawings and measurements
• Proactive and adaptive to site management conditions
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluency in English, Afrikaans and isiZulu will be an added advantage
• Must be willing to travel

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric with Math is essential
• Degree/Diploma in BSC Quantity Surveying
• Degree/Diploma Business Administration
