Clover: Administrative Clerk Jobs

Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Clerk to support the Maintenance teams with a variety of administrative duties for our branch in Heilbron.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Update the utilities and energy usage file daily on the Production shared drive.
• Create and update work orders on the On Key system as requested by the Maintenance Manager or when required by the maintenance team.
• Assist with the completion, capturing and filing of work orders and job cards on the On Key system.
• Maintain the diesel issuing file and ensure diesel usage records are accurate and up to date.
• Record and file waste removal documentation.
• Maintain the certification file and monitor expiry dates to ensure certifications are renewed on time.
• Ensure vehicle licence discs are renewed annually and keep the relevant records up to date.
• Assist with obtaining quotations and arranging approved services as required.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end stock counts.
• Assist with daily stock control duties when the Stock Controller is on leave.
• Maintain the Maintenance Department filing system and ensure maintenance records and documents are organised and easily accessible.
• Provide general administrative support to the Maintenance Department.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as required.
