STATUS: Fixed Term Contract (4 Months) SALARY BAND: B4G REF NO: EC15547
Be part of Pelchem, the sole fluorochemicals manufacturer and supplier in the Southern Hemisphere.
Dynamic changes in the industry combined with an increasing portfolio and the need to enhance the South African fluorochemicals sector has necessitated Pelchem to embark on expansion and growth trajectory.
Rendering financial services to Pelchem to ensure adherence by users to all control systems and practices relating to the financial accounting environment.
Key Performance Areas
Obtain all required documents for invoicing and assist with Accounts payable queries;
Monthly Creditors reconciliation;
Daily, weekly and monthly payment;
Weekly Creditors reports;
Verify and update creditors banking details;
Monthly creditor’s provision; and
Clear receipt register, follow up on outstanding receipts from end-users. Compliance to SHEQ requirements
Adhere to safety regulations and requirements.

Must be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma with Accounting as one of the major subjects.
At least (one) 1 year experience in Accounts payable.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ( Beneficial).
