Rand Mutual Assurance invites graduates to apply for our Graduates Programme for 2022, based at our Parktown Johannesburg Offices. We are looking for a graduate in Computer Science or IT with no work experience.
Duties and responsibilities
Our graduate programme aims to provide opportunities for qualifying candidates to gain skills, knowledge, and work experience, whilst at the same time, positioning the successful incumbents for active and meaningful participation in the labour market.
Duration
The duration of this programme is 12 months and commences in January 2022 where successful applicants will participate in a personalized learning journey during this period.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Sciences or
- Degree in IT
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Visual Studio
- SQL Server
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Teamwork/collaboration
- Attention to detail
