About the Panarottis Waiter/Waitress Role

As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, recommending menu items, serving meals, and ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

You will also work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure orders are prepared correctly, tables are kept clean, and guests receive prompt and friendly service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

As a Panarottis Waiter or Waitress, your duties may include:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and explain menu items in detail
• Recommend meals, beverages, and daily specials
• Set tables with tablecloths, cutlery, glassware, and napkins
