Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in development of new and modification of existing products to meet customer requirements by following the procedures laid down in relevant parts of the Quality Manual.
• Provide technical support to Customers and Sales.
• Supports and ensures completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer/product performance complaints
• Support Operations, Sales & Marketing.
• Participates in presentations to customers
• Support for Industrial Solutions & Durable goods operation by trouble-shooting problems in Production, QC and Purchasing.
• Maintain SHEQ standards and apply good laboratory practice to laboratory work.
• Prepare accurate and meaningful technical reports according to scientific norms.
• Perform other duties/tasks as may be required within the scope of the position
