What You Will Do

• Conducting maintenance, upgrades, audits, and testing
• Supporting emergency repairs and service restoration
• Working with winches, pulleys, ropes, and lifting equipment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting team leaders with daily operational duties
• Completing Ericsson tower training successfully
• Working shifts, nights, or weekends when required

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Ericsson Telecommunication Network Operations Learnership Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Educational Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Matric / National Senior Certificate (technical subjects preferred)

• TVET qualification in IT, ICT, telecommunications, digital electronics, or low voltage systems
