What You Will Do

- Conducting maintenance, upgrades, audits, and testing
- Supporting emergency repairs and service restoration
- Working with winches, pulleys, ropes, and lifting equipment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting team leaders with daily operational duties
- Completing Ericsson tower training successfully
- Working shifts, nights, or weekends when required

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Ericsson Telecommunication Network Operations Learnership Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educational Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Matric / National Senior Certificate (technical subjects preferred)
OR
- TVET qualification in IT, ICT, telecommunications, digital electronics, or low voltage systems
OR
- University of Technology qualification in ICT, networking, or related fields
