Hollard invites all suitable unemployed individuals to apply for Unemployed Youth Learnership Programme
Purpose of the Learnership:
- This learnership creates meaningful opportunities for young people to gain valuable skills, improve their employability, and build a foundation for a successful career in the insurance industry.
- It supports youth development while contributing to the growth of skilled talent within the insurance sector.
- Hollard is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where individuals from different backgrounds can learn, grow, and thrive.
What You Will Do:
- Participate in a structured 12-month insurance learnership programme.
- Complete practical and theoretical learning modules.
- Gain workplace exposure and hands-on industry experience.
- Engage in interactive learning activities and development opportunities.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced industry professionals.
- Work towards achieving a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 Insurance Qualification.
Minimum Requirements
- Be a South African Citizen, between the ages of 18 and 28
- Completed Matric/Grade 12:
- Passed English – 60% or higher and one other language
- Passed Maths – 50%
- Passed Maths literacy 60% or higher
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Communicate fluently in English
- Listening Skills
- Integrity
- Stress tolerance
- Distractibility resistance
- Not currently studying
- Not registered for any Learnership program
- Currently unemployed
- Computer literacy is an advantage
