Dis-Chem Retail Store Assistant Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day retail store operations and providing professional customer service.

• Assist the Receiving Manager with preparing and logging Distribution Centre claims.
• Manage and control high-risk stock.
• Prepare daily run reconciliations.
• Prepare, order and receive branch change requirements.
• Ensure cashiers have sufficient change to maintain good customer service levels.
• Maintain effective communication and liaison between relevant parties.
• Maintain effective document control.
• Assist with the management of floats, petty cash and cash on hand.
