Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend and actively engage in both classroom-based learning and workplace practical training.
- Gain exposure to various business processes and departmental activities.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by supervisors and mentors.
- Maintain accurate records and complete assessments, assignments, and other programme requirements within specified timelines.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude in the workplace.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders.

- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and reliability
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a Grade 12/ Matric
- Be currently unemployed
- Any relevant Higher/ Advanced National Certificate will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy
- Not have previously participated in or completed a learnership programme.
- All applicants must be a South African citizen without any existing bursary or contractual obligations from another organization.
