  • Maintain the departmental asset register.

Personnel Administration

  • Maintain leave registers.
  • Update personnel records.
  • Manage attendance registers.
  • Arrange official travel and accommodation when required.

Financial Administration

  • Capture and update expenditure records.
  • Verify travel and subsistence claims.
  • Process petty cash records.
  • Handle departmental telephone accounts.
