About the Clover Learnership Programme
The Clover Customer Service Centre Learnership Programme is designed to equip unemployed young South Africans with practical workplace experience while completing formal training.
Successful learners will spend the duration of the programme working at Clover’s Customer Service Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. Alongside practical work experience, learners will attend accredited training classes and, upon successful completion, receive an NQF qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Clover Learnerships 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Matric completed within the past five years (2021–2025)
- Minimum average of 55% for English
- Minimum average of 55% for Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in any previous learnership programme
