Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- No work experience required
- A valid driver’s licence will serve as an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
Data Capturer Duties (Ref No: 2026/57/OCJ)
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Capturing data into databases, tables and spreadsheets
- Verifying missing information and correcting errors
- Reviewing and validating captured data
- Performing regular data backups
- Updating registers and statistics
- Maintaining records and files securely
- Collecting applications for default judgments and taxation
- Distributing files and correspondence to Registrars
- Providing support to the judiciary, Court Manager and supervisors
- Assisting attorneys with queries relating to quasi-judicial matters
- Opening files and sorting incoming data for processing
- Ensuring all court documents are properly stored and safeguarded
Typist Duties (Ref No: 2026/58/OCJ)
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Typing court orders, court documents and reports
- Typing judgments accurately and timeously
- Compiling term rolls and weekly court rolls
- Preparing opposed and unopposed motion rolls
- Maintaining registers and court records
- Compiling and submitting judgments to relevant stakeholders
