- Must not be enrolled at any educational institution.
- Must not be registered on any other learnership programme.
- Must not possess any completed post-matric qualification.
- Must be a South African citizen.

Educational Requirements
Applicants must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with one of the following combinations:
