About the Clover Merchandiser Jobs

Clover is searching for motivated and customer-focused merchandisers to service stores by maintaining stock levels, reducing returns, and ensuring products are properly displayed on shelves.

Successful candidates will work closely with store management and Area Managers to ensure Clover products remain visible, neat, and fully stocked at all times.

Preference will be given to candidates living in Cape Town and other areas within the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be responsible for several merchandising and stock control duties, including:

Stock Control and Ordering

• Control and order stock accurately
• Minimise returns and claims
• Prevent out-of-stock situations
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked
• Maintain clean and neat product displays
• Control crates and equipment according to company policy

Shelf Merchandising

• Pack shelves according to store flow plans
• Apply merchandising rules correctly
• Maintain shelf labels and pricing indicators
• Ensure fridges are properly maintained
• Display point-of-sale material correctly
• Enhance product visibility in stores

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with store management
• Work closely with Area Managers and fellow merchandisers
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
