Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Massmart Learnership Opportunities 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Must have completed Matric / Grade 12
- Must not have been permanently employed continuously for more than one year
- Must not be studying full-time during the learnership period
- Must not currently be registered on a SETA-funded programme
