Apprenticeship Overview

At the end of the programme, successful candidates will qualify as NQF Level 4 artisans in Boilermaking or Welding.
Key Responsibilities and Training Areas

- Complete merSETA-accredited training modules

- Assist with production and site-based tasks
- Work under supervision of mentors and training officers
- Participate in assignments and technical development tasks

- Physically and medically fit
- Clear criminal record
- 35 years of age or younger
- Must reside within 50 km of Kriel Power Station
- Willing to relocate to Bethal or surrounding areas if necessary
