This role focuses on supply chain operations, parts distribution, logistics planning, and continuous improvement within Ford’s manufacturing and distribution environment.
2. Finance – Young Professionals Programme

- Accounting
- Or a related financial field
Graduates in this stream will gain exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial controls within a global automotive company.
Selection Criteria
To be considered for the Ford Young Professionals Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 65% overall academic average
- Applicants must have completed their studies (final-year students will not be considered)
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
