About the Ford Young Professionals Programme

1. FCSD Parts Supply – Young Professionals Programme

Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Industrial Engineering

This role focuses on supply chain operations, parts distribution, logistics planning, and continuous improvement within Ford’s manufacturing and distribution environment.


2. Finance – Young Professionals Programme

Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Or a related financial field

Graduates in this stream will gain exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial controls within a global automotive company.


Selection Criteria

To be considered for the Ford Young Professionals Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 65% overall academic average
  • Applicants must have completed their studies (final-year students will not be considered)
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Strong academic record and willingness to learn
