The Eskom Youth Employment Service (YES) Internship Programme 2025 / 2026 offers unemployed South African youth a chance to gain valuable work experience in one of the country’s most vital industries — energy and electricity supply.
This initiative forms part of the YES Programme, a public-private partnership led by the Presidency of South Africa to tackle youth unemployment by providing real-world work exposure and skills development opportunities.
Eskom is giving young people a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in its operations across all nine provinces, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to launch their careers.
