Barloworld Learnerships

Barloworld is offering a Learnership opportunity to candidates who are interested in receiving on-the-job practical workplace experience, as well as ongoing support and training, and a formal qualification.

Purpose

Learners who complete the programme will receive a Business Administration NQF level 4 qualification. Learners will also gain experience in various parts of the organisation, including: Administration, Business Development, Finance, Human Capital and Information Technology.

The aim of the learnership programme is to create a pipeline of young talent within the business. The programme will take place at Barloworld’s SMD – Salvage Management and Disposals and candidates will receive a monthly stipend.

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be between 16 and 35 years old
• Must have completed a Grade 12/ Matric
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to work in MS Office
• Must be proficient in the English language (able to read, write and understand)
• Must be willing to complete the 12 month contract
• Advantageous: post-Matric qualification

Locations: Centurion, Gauteng
Duration: 12 months
